Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be provided via email, fax or US Postal correspondence
before the account bill date. For certain fixed products a thirty day
notice to cancel must be given.

Discounted products, promotions, and unused services are not refundable.
Termination charges may apply for certain fixed products.
